Does someone need to be at home at drop-off and pick-up time?
No you don't have to be home to use Valet's service.

Where do I leave my cloths for pick-up?
A sheltered location of your choice.

What do I put my cloths in for pick-up?
After signing up, you will receive a valet laundry/garment bag.

What methods of payment are excepted?
We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and AMEX. You will receive
a monthly statement that documents your charges.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No Valet's doesn't require a minimum order amount.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?
Contact Valet's and we will personally resolve any concerns you may have.

What other services does Valet's offer?
